Graphic Designer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements, developing concepts and ideas based on client feedback and project objectives.
  • Conceptualize visuals and create high-quality designs using software or by hand, ensuring that all graphics meet the required standards.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs that showcase creativity and skill, working closely with the creative lead and marketing team to produce final designs.
  • Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback, ensuring that all materials meet the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design and create enticing graphics for design deliverables (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.).
  • Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for graphic design projects, working collaboratively with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in selecting design elements, colors, animation, etc., for graphic design projects, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
  • Work with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues, participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain and follow best practices for naming convention, and organization of graphic files, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
