Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to bring innovative visual concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and storyboarding animation sequences, designing and animating graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D.

This role requires a high level of creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements, develop visual concepts, and create storyboards to outline the animation sequence.
  • Design and Animation: Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro to design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D.
  • Typography and Kinetic Typography: Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • AUDIO Integration: Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  • Video Editing: Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all motion graphics align with the client's brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
  • Optimization: Prepare and export animations in various formats optimized for different platforms (web, social media, broadcast, etc.).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and knowledge of other software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
