We are seeking a skilled and experienced Research Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting product, market, and technical research by gathering and analyzing information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research Planning and Execution
    • Define Research Objectives: Translate problem statements into research questions and hypotheses.
    • Conduct Literature Reviews: Examine academic papers, standards, and industry reports to identify relevant information.
    • Map Competitors: Analyze feature matrices and benchmarks to understand market trends.
  • Data and Analysis
    • Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from trusted sources and public datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
    • Structured Analyses: Run analyses in spreadsheets or Python or SQL to validate hypotheses and draw conclusions.
    • Result Evaluation: Assist in evaluating model runs, prompts, or extraction pipelines, summarizing results and insights.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Research Briefs and Reports: Produce clear and concise research briefs, one-pagers, and slide summaries with proper citations.
    • Research Logs: Maintain accurate research logs, assumptions, and references for auditability and transparency.
    • Visualizations: Create informative visuals such as tables, simple charts, and process diagrams to explain findings.
  • Product and GTM Support
    • User Pain Points: Analyze user workflows, industry regulations, and pain points in BFSI.
    • Pricing and ROI Models: Support the development of pricing and TCO or ROI models with sensitivity checks.
    • Thought Leadership: Prepare inputs for thought leadership pieces, case studies, and collateral materials.
