Job Title: AI Development Associate

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Development Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing cutting-edge AI-powered applications for UI interface integration with LLM APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and implementing RAG-based workflows to enable contextual understanding of data.
  • Integrate LLMs (like GPT, LLaMA, etc.) with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures (Transformers, Attention, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
