Job Role

As a skilled IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our global finance software solutions.

Our innovative applications span lending, payments, treasury, and capital markets, and universal banking. We aim to expand access to financial services for all.

  • Create, upgrade, and maintain production environments for payments products.
  • Ensure uptime of applications as per agreed service level agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues reported by clients or implementation teams within acceptable timelines.
  • Participate in disaster recovery exercises as scheduled.

The Required Skills:

  • Must Have:
    • 5 years hands-on experience working on Linux platforms.
    • 3 years exposure to writing SQL queries and working with Oracle databases.
    • 2 years exposure to IBM MQ or Active MQ.
    • 2 years exposure to JBOSS application servers.
    • 2 years exposure to Kubernetes.
    • 1 year exposure to managing and configuring monitoring tools.
    • 2 years exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalents.
  • Good to have but not mandatory:
    • Experience with Finastra payments products is an added advantage.
    • Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts and provide on-call support on rotation including weekends.
