Role: Digital Manager

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and skilled Digital Manager to develop and execute our social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

  • Foster strategic collaborations with key influencers and communities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective strengths.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and innovations in social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with the alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.
