Identity Architect Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Identity Architect to join our organization. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and automated identity solutions.

This role involves working across cross-functional teams, driving architecture discussions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling business transformation through robust identity management.

  • Architecting, designing, and implementing identity solutions, including installation, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of identity solutions, aligning with enterprise standards.
  • Defining and implementing CI/CD best practices using Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Building and managing secure deployment frameworks with strong source code management and database optimization.
  • Managing and optimizing databases (Oracle, SQL, Sybase) for identity deployments.
  • Overseeing application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure supporting identity environments.
  • Monitoring and enhancing performance of identity integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Working with Agile methodologies leveraging Azure DevOps for epic, feature, and story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution.
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing, training, and upskilling of team members.
  • Documenting and translating business requirements into clear, technical, specifications.
  • Tracking and addressing findings for users with greater-than-read access in the application.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, expertise in SailPoint IIQ modules, strong understanding of enterprise directories, and proficiency in report generation within SailPoint IdentityIQ. Additional desired skills include familiarity with Agile frameworks, cloud-based IAM solutions, and security compliance frameworks.
