We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Oracle HR Expert to join our team. With 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, this role requires strong functional expertise and technical knowledge.

  • Key areas of focus include:
  • Core HR: providing end-to-end support for HR processes, including position management, synchronization, grades, grade ladders, AOR templates, and absence management configuration.
  • Security Console: ensuring role-based and data security best practices, geographies and address validation, document types and number generation rules.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR support and issue resolution, with good knowledge of HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows.

In this role, you will analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
