About Us

We're seeking an experienced ERP Risk Management Specialist to oversee technology risk management activities in our manufacturing process.

This role involves ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges across our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Integrity and Business Continuity
  1. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing.
User Access and Security
  1. Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords.
Regulatory Compliance
  1. Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing processes.
Technology Risk Management
  1. Taking overall responsibility for Technology risk management activities in ERP for Manufacturing processes.
Disaster Recovery Planning
  1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a fully tested comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business Continuity.
Process Optimization
  1. Identifying areas of improvement in our manufacturing processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency.
Integration and Customization
  1. Configuring APIs between ERP and Government Portal.
  2. Customizing Legal document output Forms as PFI, e-Invoice Copies, COAs, POs which are interfacing with customers and vendors.
Issue Resolution
  1. Identifying High, Medium, and Low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  2. Developing and implementing MIS reports for compliance Regulatory requirements, Finance requirements.
  3. Identification of user issues which are Development issues, which can be resolved through front-end or back-end support, and where required service provider involvement.
Security and Monitoring
  1. Ensuring Security of transactions configurations to stop Backdated transactions updates and unwanted user accesses based on user roles and access privilege levels.
  2. Monitoring System implementations, Support, System analysis, Application & Data integration, and logical system security.
ERP Maintenance
  1. Ensuring ERP Software up-to-date as Latest Build Nos. for compliance requirements of GST and TDS with coordination from Service providers and consultants.
Troubleshooting
  1. Troubleshooting all technology issues.
Leadership and Team Management
  1. Formulating an overall strategy and policy for an effective and efficient function of ERP processes.
  2. Maintaining Employee Morale by creating safe and efficient working environments.
  3. Motivating/Mentoring/Counselling to achieve desired performances.
  4. Building and Managing a stable, Disciplined, and Result-oriented team with successful leadership.
