EDI Specialist

We are seeking a skilled EDI Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EDI standards and protocols, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
  • Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway is required.
  • The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI solutions using industry-standard protocols.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems, ensuring seamless order processing and inventory management.
  3. Manage and support EDI mapping, translation, and communication processes with trading partners.
  4. Work with customers and external partners to onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections.
  5. Monitor and resolve EDI-related issues, including transmission errors, mapping discrepancies, and communication failures.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific EDI requirements.
  7. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including EDI mapping specifications, system configurations, and workflows.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, patches, and integration efforts as needed.
