Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people systems. With 5-7 years of progressive experience in the field, this individual will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Design and execute comprehensive employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs, leveraging tools such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition schemes.
  • Analyze and present data-driven insights to leadership on hiring funnel KPIs, attrition rates, engagement scores, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop performance management frameworks, set goals, and create career-pathing strategies.
  • Promote learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and compliance adherence.
  • Ensure seamless HR operations, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Serve as an employee champion, providing coaching, handling escalations, and maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular audits, headcount forecasting, and budget coordination with finance teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who partners with managers to hire, coach, and scale high-performance cultures. They will have a proven track record of hiring technical roles (developers/engineers) and business functions, along with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of hiring technical roles (developers/engineers) and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with HR metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
