Job Description:

The role of Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies for complex products or services. The position ensures achievement of sales, revenue, and market share targets through effective market research and customer engagement.

  • Conduct market research to analyze domestic and international trends and consumer behavior.
  • Drive product development initiatives including design, pricing, launch planning, and product enhancements.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product changes aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience is also acceptable. Additionally, you should have 4 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or product management, preferably handling complex or strategically significant products or services.
