**Machine Learning Engineer Position**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-native software solutions that enhance both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products using large language models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
- Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into our production systems to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance search and retrieval systems using RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and other technologies.
- Build evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, leveraging a polyglot approach with a strong preference for open-source models.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
- Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray being a plus.
- Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
