Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Operator to join our team at Synventive Molding Solutions JBJ Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the packing and shipping of shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Forecast shipment schedules based on PPC planning and communicate with transporters for vehicle arrangements.
  • Prepare shipment documents, including invoices, e-invoices, and e-waybills, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain 100% dispatch records, including dispatch documents, packing and shipping photographs, and proof of deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the order booking team to ensure accuracy in customer terms, including payment terms, delivery terms, and destination of delivery.
  • Provide audit-related support as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a shipping dispatch department.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of export procedures.
  • Good understanding of legal terms and laws related to local and export dispatches.
  • Ability to physically handle shipments.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
