Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the order book for the complete quote to invoice cycle. This includes:

  1. Handling orders and reservations
  2. Pending install control
  3. Project reporting
  4. Resolving order scheduling issues
  5. Shipping
  6. Progress invoicing
  7. Problem resolution
  8. Determining validity of claims and scheduling replacements
  9. Changing production and shipping schedules according to customer requirements and project schedule

Additional tasks include coordinating 3PL activities, ordering and coordinating delivery of 3rd party products, and statutory compliance reporting. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Preferred certifications
