We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As an Operations and Monitoring Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in operations, reporting, and data monitoring.

  • Operations Support: Assist the team in overseeing routine operational tasks and ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.">
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily activities, monitor performance indicators, and prepare timely updates for the team.">
  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources to identify patterns, highlight discrepancies, and present actionable insights.">
  • Documentation: Draft reports, meeting notes, and process documents using MS Word, ensuring clarity and accuracy.">
  • Excel Reporting: Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and dashboards in Excel for data visualization and progress tracking.">
  • Communication: Collaborate with different departments, share updates, and clearly communicate findings, observations, and recommendations.">
  • Process Improvement: Suggest ideas for improving efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day monitoring and reporting tasks.">
  • Learning & Development: Take initiative to learn internal tools, operational workflows, and best practices while contributing to team objectives.">

  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for data entry, analysis, formulas, charts, pivot tables, and reporting.">

  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of analyzing datasets, identifying trends, and interpreting results to support operational decisions.">
