Business Risk Specialist

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive credit audits of Wholesale Banking segments and SMEs, ensuring timely commencement and closure while upholding the highest standards of quality. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective team management and coordination with concurrent auditors to produce high-quality audit reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough credit audits of Wholesale Banking segment and SMEs.
- Leading or participating in all business credit audits and leading a team of 2-4 auditors.
- Submitting audit reports within stipulated time frames.
- Ensuring the quality of audit reports, accuracy, consistency of data furnished, emphasis on policies, internal guidelines, process, practices, and people.
- Carrying out special assignments such as review of processes, thematic audits, checklists, and other tasks assigned by line management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using various audit tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
