Job Opportunity: Agronomy-Focused Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to drive our agronomy-focused sales team forward. This high-impact role combines strong agronomic knowledge with proven sales capabilities and a team-first mindset.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the sales team for high performance and career growth
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  • Setting and managing sales KPIs; tracking performance against goals
  • Educating the team on product technicalities (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection)
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports to senior management
  • Driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Crop Science
  • 8-12 years of experience in Agri-sales
