Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our revenue-generating processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, as well as strong data management and analysis skills. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.

Your primary focus will be on customizing HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of our organization, including creating custom properties, contact records, and lead scoring models. You will also be responsible for integrating HubSpot CRM with other third-party tools and platforms used by our teams.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain data integrity by overseeing data imports, data cleansing, and regular data quality checks. You will implement best practices for data organization and storage, and develop and implement workflow automations, email marketing automation, and lead nurturing campaigns within HubSpot CRM to improve efficiency and productivity.

You will generate custom reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, analyze sales and marketing data, and provide actionable insights to our teams. You will also train team members on HubSpot CRM best practices, usage guidelines, and new features to maximize user adoption and proficiency.

Finally, you will continuously optimize and improve CRM processes, workflows, and configurations to enhance user experience and drive better results.
