Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential business leads through research and outreach.

This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry using sales tools and platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of qualified leads and their contact information.
  3. Establish connections with potential clients through personalized messages and follow-up communications.
  4. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  6. Prepare and share regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and platforms such as Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.
