Project Lead Role

This Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing multiple product and feature-level projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
      • Break down complex business objectives into actionable tasks and workflows.
        • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs to ensure team alignment and progress.
          • Identify and mitigate potential risks, blockers, or delays, and implement corrective actions.
            • Maintain accurate task boards, documentation, and project artifacts for transparency and accountability.
              • Utilize Linear as a project management tool to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure visibility across teams.
                • Provide regular project progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
                  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project scope, planning, and execution processes.
                  Requirements:
                  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
                    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
                      • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
                        • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
                          • Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail.
                            • A proactive mindset, following through on tasks, and maintaining momentum.
                              • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
