Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the execution of site activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute Daily Site Activities: Develop and implement daily activity plans based on MS Project and POD, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal project progress.
  • Crane Management and Heavy Material Movement: Coordinate crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement, guaranteeing safe and secure operations.
  • WTG Installation Supervision: Oversee WTG installation activities, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Contractor and Engineer Allocation: Assign work to contractors and engineers, monitoring labor, tools, and equipment utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Site Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to verify material readiness, safety, and compliance, ensuring adherence to project standards.
  • Internal Line Works and Survey-Based Layouts: Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts, maintaining accurate spatial relationships and optimal performance.
  • Contractor Attendance and Skill Card Verification: Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks, ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and prepared for tasks.
  • Customer Inspections and Milestone Sign-Off: Support customer inspections and facilitate timely sign-off of milestones (WCC), maintaining strong relationships and trust with clients.
  • Execution and Commissioning Queries: Resolve queries related to execution and commissioning through cross-functional coordination, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lift Planning and Route Validation: Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place, prioritizing safety and minimizing risks.
  • Lifting Tool Validation: Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures, guaranteeing their integrity and reliability.
  • Site Repair Facility Establishment: Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities, maintaining equipment and infrastructure to support smooth project execution.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across Pan India, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
