Job Title: Senior Energy Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our renewable energy project development team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical with 10+ years of experience in relevant profile, preferably with expertise in Solar/Wind/BESS/Hybrid projects.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in completing the full life cycle of solar and wind projects, including technical specification assessments, vendor management, and resource estimation.
  • Strong process orientation, risk assessment, and project management skills are essential to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Ability to develop Commercial and Industrial (C&I) projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project schedules while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills to navigate through internal teams and interface with external parties.
  • Adept at identifying and evaluating vendors related to project development, conducting due diligence on project sites, managing documentation, and performing regulatory compliance checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, focusing on expanding existing customer base and exploring new markets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects, providing guidance and support to project managers and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of project development, including land acquisition, procurement, contract execution, and GST registration, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
