EH&S Business Partner Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic IT support to the EH&S business function as a single point of contact.
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Perform in-depth business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions.
  • Affect Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, guaranteeing stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications, maintaining optimal performance and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to align local needs with global standards, ensuring seamless integration and best practices.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape, driving business value and innovation.
  • Maintain service performance, ensure SLA adherence, and provide ongoing governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms), with hands-on experience and expertise.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing end-to-end IT project lifecycles and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management, with certification preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to bridge IT and business functions, and build strong relationships with global process owners and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners, with a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
