Training Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Training Coordinator. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new hires are fully prepared and confident prior to commencing their duties in the field.

You will be responsible for guiding new recruits through every stage of the onboarding process – from initial interviews to training and their first field assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews with prospective candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Assign selected trainees to appropriate trainers for skill development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Monitor progress and ensure successful completion of training by all new employees.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, management, and other teams to facilitate seamless transitions for new recruits.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management highly preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is beneficial but not essential.
  • A willingness to relocate to Hyderabad is required.
