Visual Content Creator

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content for social media, blogs, ads, decks, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing creatives that align with our brand's aesthetic, collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure visuals match messaging and campaign goals, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, blogs, ads, decks, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Create brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Adapt and repurpose templates across formats while maintaining consistency and design hygiene.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design agency, freelance, or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio that reflects good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, YouTube) and ad design best practices.
  • Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
