About the Job

As a seasoned professional in the field of digital design, you will be part of a dynamic team that brings ambitious brands to life through innovative and visually stunning visuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop campaign ideas, translating client briefs into impactful visual experiences.
  • Create platform-ready assets for various digital channels, including social media, display ads, landing pages, email headers, and website hero banners.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints by building and evolving brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates.
  • Provide art direction for photoshoots and illustrations, sourcing or briefing visual assets as needed.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, media, and developers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality files.
  • Analyze creative testing and analytics data to refine designs and improve performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with expertise in layout, components, and auto-layout.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, with strong composition and iconography/illustration skills.
  • Familiarity with platform specs, exporting, and optimization for web and email.
  • Ability to quickly conceptualize work from minimal briefs, present ideas clearly, and justify decisions based on brand and performance goals.
  • Organized file management, version control, attention to detail, and comfort with feedback and iterations.
  • Degree or diploma in Design/Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
