Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled AI software engineering leader to join our team. This role involves driving technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevating the engineering bar at our organization by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical leader, domain-level architect, and mentor across teams. They will be responsible for defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams, leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives, and owning critical technical decisions across multiple domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Backend Development: Expertise in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Advanced skills in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Experience with microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, reusable frameworks, shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Familiarity with AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, vector databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Strong technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction
