We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our organisational learning vertical and drive capability building across diverse functions. This role is central to shaping how our employees learn, grow, and contribute to high-impact consulting projects.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organisational priorities and project requirements.
  • Translate role-specific skill needs into structured training programs and bootcamps.
  • Build and maintain an annual learning calendar, including onboarding, quarterly evaluations, leadership training, and project-specific interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, curate, and deliver multi-modal learning programs - workshops, bootcamps, e-learning modules, simulations, peer-learning formats.
  • Oversee content production: decks, videos, case studies, role plays, LMS modules.
  • Leverage interactive learning methods (breakouts, sprints, hackathons, cross-functional projects) to ensure high engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) as an L&D Manager / Training Manager / Organisational Development Manager or similar role, ideally in a consulting, analytics, or fast-paced knowledge-driven organisation.
  • Familiarity with consulting, analytics, or communications domains is a strong plus.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, LMS platforms, and e-learning design tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence across levels.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link learning outcomes to organisational success.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • MBA is required.
