Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Growth Manager professional with 1–3 years of experience who will drive strategic growth initiatives and support our leadership team across sales, business development, and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays through thorough market research and competitor analysis.
  • Design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term growth.
  • Partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities.
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas, strategies, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
