Job Title: AVP - Treasury
About the Role:
The successful candidate will support the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance and handling cash flow/liability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising and relationship management with banks, financial institutions and public sector undertakings.
- Credit rating surveillance, compliance reporting and debt servicing.
- Effective cash flow planning, audit coordination and post-disbursement compliances.
- Building and managing relationships with PSU and private banks for fund raising.
- Preparing loan applications, CMA data and documentation for disbursements and coordinating with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting.
- Driving fund raising and speeding up debt raising process and handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies.
- Arranging management calls, negotiating rating fee structures and overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA.
- Managing liability dashboard, debt servicing, investments in liquid funds/FDs and supporting CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred) or Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 7-12 years experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs with strong skills in negotiation, relationship management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations IND AS & IGAAP and knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage.
