Senior Technical Lead - AI Engineering

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our AI engineering initiatives and drive technological innovation.

This role requires strong technical direction, cross-functional collaboration, and elevating the engineering bar by creating scalable systems, shaping technical culture, and championing AI-first solutions.

You'll define reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams, lead large-scale engineering initiatives, and own critical technical decisions ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and vision for AI engineering initiatives.
  • System Design & Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems using microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.
  • Cloud Technologies: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and management of AI-powered solutions.
  • AI & Innovation: Champion the adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, and vector databases, driving AI-first engineering practices throughout the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8-15 years of experience in software development, system design, and technical leadership.
  • Expertise in backend development, data and messaging systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including adoption of AI accelerators and RAG.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
