Job Title : Group Senior Technical Lead Telephony (Contact : 12-Month : Date : 01 September To : Product Manager Overview

We are looking for a Group Senior Technical Lead Telephony to lead Contact Center implementation and support across global concierge centers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in VoIP, SIP, AudioCodes, and Contact Center solutions, with a focus on cloud migration, standardization, and configuration Responsibilities :


- Lead and support contact center rollout and implementation.

- Standardize telephony configurations across sites.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet business goals.

- Troubleshoot and maintain telephony components (gateways, servers, SIP).

- Administer and improve Contact Center Platforms (PureConnect, Vonage preferred).

- Ensure documentation, change control, and best practices are Skills :

- 5 to 7 years in Contact Center implementations & support.

- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, ACD, Telephony Trunks, AudioCodes.

- Experience with PureConnect, Vonage, and cloud migration.

- Excellent communication and consulting skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional :

- Bachelors or Masters in IT, Computer Science, or related field. (ref:hirist.tech)
