Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a critical role in our organization. As a Cost Accountant, you will play a key part in driving business growth by ensuring accurate cost tracking and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes, with experience in managing large datasets and implementing process improvements.

This position reports directly to the CFO and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Accounting: Develop and maintain standard costing models for raw materials, labor, and overheads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis: Monitor manufacturing variances, including purchase price variance, usage variance, and production efficiency, to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide timely and actionable insights through monthly cost roll-ups and updates to standard costs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in cost accounting and plant controlling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification: CA/CMA certification and strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with major ERP systems, including Tally.
