Job Overview:

The Content Manager for Series oversees the creative development, execution, and delivery of series projects across various formats.   • Develop content strategies for series projects that align with our target audience preferences and brand values.
  • Collaborate with external writers and directors to develop compelling, culturally relevant series scripts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Series Strategies Execution:
    • Manage content production processes, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of series.
    • Supervise the script development process, ensuring high-quality scripts meet audience expectations.
  • WebSeries Creative Development:
    • Lead the development process for web series, managing individual writers and creative teams.
    • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure scripts are engaging and culturally relevant.
  • Production Oversight:
    • Oversee the filming process, ensuring it adheres to predetermined vision and quality standards.
    • Schedule and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Inspire and lead a team of producers, directors, and creative writing staff to produce high-quality content.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Industry Networking:
    • Engage with internal departments to streamline production processes and address challenges efficiently.
    • Maintain relationships with key industry players to enhance our creative capabilities.
  • User and Market Research:
