Project Implementation Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver FICO software solutions to customers across various industries.
  • Manage commercial projects by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Effectively manage change to secure additional revenue for the organization.

A Project Manager will play a key role in the growth of our services practice, implementing best practices and new methodologies, and delivering projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

The portfolio of customers and projects will vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across different geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful project implementation using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Lead a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  • Have a good understanding of FICO products to converse with clients confidently.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage the project according to agreed terms & conditions.
  • Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to PMO Governance & Project Reporting using Project management tools.

Experience and Qualification:

  • Overall 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Worked in reputable organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in Project Management/Technical Delivery Management.
  • Delivered end-2-end large / medium software projects using Waterfall & Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud , Originations , Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Delivered software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Delivered Cloud based implementations & On-Prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willing to travel (20-30%).

Desired Skills:

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage and motivate project teams spread across Geographies, Department and Organizations (Clients and Partners)
