Quality Assurance Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of test management and defect management processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, meticulously prepare suitable test data, and foster collaboration across teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Mentor peers and resolve issues effectively
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results that meet industry standards

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance with proven expertise in quality process management
  • Strong knowledge of industry-wide quality and test processes and practices, including test data profiling approaches and test data management methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with leading quality management tools such as HP ALM and JIRA
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
