Business Analysis Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Business Analyst/Scrum Master position. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, ensure projects are delivered on time, and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards.
