Job Description

As a key member of our Strategy and M&A consulting team, you will work closely with global clients and Fortune 100 companies to devise inorganic and growth strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients across various industries to analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data, present interpretations to the project team, and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients by participating in firm-building initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Keen Interest: A strong desire to build a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Research Skills: Experience in conducting thorough market research using platforms like S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, and Bloomberg.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate with senior leadership and clients.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
