Senior Manager - HRIS

Job Description:

The Senior Manager - HRIS & Governance Lead will be responsible for leading the architectural design, governance, and system integrity across Workday modules ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.

This role involves designing and implementing configuration changes to ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in solution architecture and design, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions across Workday modules.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
  • Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation of decision logs, configuration inventories etc.
  • Oversee change processes across production sandbox and implementation tenants.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Create and maintain advanced reports dashboards and analytics for leadership insights.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in HRIS systems, solution architecture, and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and making strategic decisions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS systems and solution architecture.
  • Strong technical skills in Workday and other HRIS systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
