Technical Consultant

 

Job Summary:

As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your expertise in Oracle Utilities Applications C2M, CC&B, and MDM will enable you to customize complex billing, payment, and collection processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional designs into technical specifications, build code, and perform unit testing as per client-defined standards.
  • Develop Groovy scripts to automate billing calculations, payment allocations, rate modeling, and exception handling.
  • Configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
