Paid Media Scaling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media professional to own and execute paid acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing D2C brand. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing full-funnel strategies across Google Ads and Meta, managing a small media buying team, and advising senior stakeholders on budget and channel mix.

  • Owning paid acquisition performance across Google Ads and Meta, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive campaign strategies, leveraging expertise in ad targeting, creative optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, CRO, email, and analytics, to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining reports, tracking key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on ad spend, and margin expansion ratio, and acting on insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience scaling D2C campaigns and achieving profitable click-to-customer conversion.
  • Strong understanding of core metrics, including return on ad spend, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and margin expansion ratio.
  • Proven track record working with budgets ranging from £10K–£500K/month.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Aptitude for data-driven decision making and testing, tracking, and optimization.
