We're looking for a multi-talented designer who can craft beautiful user experiences, whip up ad creatives, social posts, and even videos using traditional and AI tools. With a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling, especially in fashion or lifestyle, this individual will be responsible for shaping the brand identity across product and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze User Behaviour: Design intuitive, mobile-first UX for fashion discovery, analyzing user behavior to create seamless shopping experiences.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Generate social media posts, reels, banners, and ad creatives using AI tools, showcasing exceptional visual design skills and rapid prototyping abilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams on weekly releases, features, and campaigns, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Brand Identity: Develop a distinctive brand voice and visual identity that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase a comprehensive portfolio of UX and visual design work, including AI-generated or AI-enhanced examples if possible, demonstrating expertise and versatility.
  • Design Principles: Apply fundamental UX design principles and best practices, leveraging tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and ChatGPT to drive creative solutions.
  • Visual Design Expertise: Possess strong visual design skills, with an emphasis on aesthetic appeal, composition, and storytelling, as well as proficiency in rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Aesthetic Sense: Demonstrate an innate sense of style, trends, and storytelling, particularly in fashion or lifestyle, to create captivating and engaging content.
  • Startup Experience: Leverage experience working in early-stage startups or e-commerce environments to bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to our team.
