Job Title: Fashion Design Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in the design process, creating new patterns, selecting fabrics, and ensuring high-quality garments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, excellent attention to detail, and creativity. They should be able to work collaboratively and contribute to team efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Create and develop new patterns as part of the design process.
  • Select and evaluate fabrics for use in garment production.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in design meetings to achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate designs for quality and aesthetic appeal, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the embroidery team to ensure designs meet industry standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of fashion design and textiles principles.
  • Experience with embroidery and fitting techniques.
  • Familiarity with current fashion trends and styles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in traditional Indian wear is a plus.
