Your expertise in AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and business intelligence tools will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models that improve product intelligence and automation.

You will build and scale AI capabilities across the platform, including personalization, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and customer segmentation.

A strong understanding of software as a service metrics, product-led growth strategies, and usage-based pricing will enable you to drive insights into user behavior, product performance, churn prediction, and lifecycle value using customer and usage data.

With your leadership skills, you will build and lead a high-performance team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, analysts, and data product managers, and communicate findings to senior leadership and influence roadmap decisions using data-backed recommendations.
