Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in supply chain management, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution planning process. This involves managing stock replenishment in assigned areas of the supply chain network, defining safety stock norms, and maintaining stock levels to manage uncertainties in demand and supply.

The role requires delivering fill rates at all customer-facing locations across the country while ensuring on-time finished goods delivery of consumer promotions, new launches, and season plans in alignment with the demand and supply teams. Additionally, you will need to maintain high stock freshness across all customer-facing locations and work on strategies to reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock.

  • Manage daily stock availability monitoring and distribution planning for all customer-facing locations
  • Align with logistics teams on dispatch schedules and release dispatch plans
  • Ensure high truck utilization for all vehicle movements to reduce transportation costs
  • Manage stock levels in customer-facing locations to avoid sales loss or stockouts
  • Proactively identify gaps in service levels (case fill, delivery performance, and service network) and suggest improvement plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, and distribution in the FMCG industry
