Job Title: Healthcare Data SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to support our healthcare data projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding.Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data extraction, entry, and quality checks for healthcare datasets.
  2. Creating and managing market definitions, including NDC, ICD, and other disease-related coding.
  3. End-to-end HCP profiling using secondary research methodologies.
  4. Data validation to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve data extraction, analysis, and reporting processes.
  6. Project management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  7. Data analysis and presentation of findings to internal teams and clients.
  8. Engagement with medical societies, conferences, associations, and Patient Advocacy Groups to gather research insights.
  9. Strategic planning for medical data projects, aligning with business objectives.
  10. Domain expertise across multiple disease areas to enhance decision-making.
  11. Collaboration with global teams on high-impact healthcare research projects.
  12. Compliance with regulatory standards in data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of medical terminologies, clinical trial data, and healthcare coding systems.
  2. Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and project management.
  3. Able to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholders.
  6. B.Pharma Degree preferred.
