Job Title: Quantitative Estimation Specialist

Job Description:

A diligent Quantitative Estimation Specialist is required to maintain application data readiness and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.

  • The successful candidate will correlate data across different sources effectively, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • They will work closely with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information is current and up-to-date.
  • Excellent client-facing skills are essential for addressing project-related issues and requirements remotely.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to handle project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Vendor product catalogs will be maintained using the vendor portal/platform by engaging with vendors.
  • Evaluation of client project requirements for completeness and correctness is necessary for budget preparation.
  • OS&E BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards will be prepared using a technology platform.
  • Assistance will be provided to the Operations Manager with client correspondence and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM or equivalent.
  • A basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, tracking product prices, and maintaining consistency in the information gathered from vendors is crucial.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a BPO for the hospitality industry.
  • Experience using Excel to organize and analyze large sets of data is mandatory.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of budgets by accumulating accurate pricing and quantities for all necessary items is required.

Requirements:

  • Maintenance of data from various stakeholders to build the master database for budgets is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate data and pricing.
