Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of the Application Operations team, you will be responsible for administering servers, including SAP Business Objects 4.0 Platform and Data Services ETL. You will also manage multiple application environments, ensuring seamless integration and release processes in cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer servers, including SAP Business Objects 4.0 Platform and Data Services ETL
  • Manage multiple application environments, including Dev, QAT, UAT, and Production
  • Support continuous integration and release processes in micro-service-based cloud environments
  • Review proposals for new product/project architecture and ensure they meet the standards of the Application Operations team

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles
  • Experience working on/with a helpdesk or similar support environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
