Job Title: Project Manager Oracle HCM

A highly experienced Technical Program Manager is required to oversee the implementation, upgrades or support projects for Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) overseeing Oracle HCM implementation, upgrades or support projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (technical, functional, and business) across regions to define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with internal Oracle HCM teams (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time & Labor, etc.) to ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations for steering committee and leadership updates.
  • Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to PMO processes and governance frameworks.
  • Own change management, communication planning, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and escalate risks proactively.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO / TPM roles.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Slides / Google Workspace including creation of executive-level presentations.
  • Strong command of Project Management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end project lifecycle independently.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile Certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR Transformation or ERP program rollout.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project.
